Lisa started her career in charter schools in 2006 as the administrative secretary. Her ambition and interest in data analysis quickly established her as the District/Campus PEIMS Coordinator for three different charter networks. Her vast knowledge covers different areas of Federal and State submissions and reporting including FSP, TSDS, CRDC, SpEd, ECDS, etc. with thorough knowledge of TxEIS and Skyward and supporting systems. As the campus Human Resources liaison in her last district, Lisa was responsible for staff onboarding, medical and benefits information collection and maintenance, staff folder record keeping, fielding HR related inquiries, and assisting in employee claims and investigations. Lisa has also been part of a new charter school opening with concentration on Data Quality procedures implementation, enrollment, school attendance, expenditure requisitions, and compliance.

Lisa is married, has twin toddler boys who are full of energy, and anticipates her BS in Business Administration degree in December 2020.
